Application Use either the Excel spreadsheet or the pdf form. Please allow 7 to 14 days to process credit application depending on how quickly your credit references respond. To avoid delaying your order, use your company credit card until the credit application process is complete. If you plan to resell our products there is additional paperwork: Illinois form CRT-61 Certificate of ResaleResellers must fill out and send us the Illinois Certificate of Resale CRT-61. If you are a reseller outside of Illinois, this form is still required. State resale tax certificate(s) must be provided if you are a reseller. Copies can be emailed to credit at api-usa.com or faxed to 800-949-7502. |
